Who we are

Built on drawings that hold up on site

D2B was founded in Dubai to solve a problem every client eventually meets: the gap between the people who draw a space and the people who build it. A detail that works on paper but not in the ceiling void. An approval that lands three weeks late. A subcontractor whose programme was never really ours to control.

We closed those gaps by bringing all three disciplines in-house — design, fit-out and MEP — under one contract, one programme and one project manager who stays with the job from the first site survey to the day we hand over the keys.

Today we work across commercial interiors, retail, hospitality, healthcare and education, from single-floor offices to full building fit-outs, with our own joinery workshop and directly employed site teams.

How we work

Four stages, in order, every time

01 — Survey

We measure the site, record its condition and write a fixed scope before any pricing. The figure you approve is the figure you pay.

02 — Design

Layouts, visuals and the full approval set for municipality, civil defence and the landlord — revised with you until they are signed off.

03 — Build

A fixed programme under our own supervision, with photographs and a written progress note every week so you always know where the job stands.

04 — Handover

Snags cleared, systems tested and commissioned, as-built drawings and warranties issued on the day we hand over the keys.
